OK, this is what I've found after much digging…

Size: 512MB
Organization: 64Mx72
Package: 168 DIMM
CAS Latency: CAS3
Address Path: registered
RAM Type: 32Mx8
Specification: CM764S512
So can I assume that the 32Mx8 under 'RAM type' is what I'm looking for?
