Target B&M stores have AT&T prepaid phones that should work with postpaid as well as prepaid AT&T plans, I would think.

it's not clear if the OP needs any cell phone or one that will continue to work with the ATT sim, then T-Mobile would not work (unless you unlock it)

Yes, I read that the OP was looking for an online source, but thought I would offer a local solution, in case time became of the essence. I'm sure the OP can ignore my information, if they find it isn't useful. Big Grin

i too use net10. I've been using them for about 3 years now, and my wife switched from tracfone to net10 about 2 years ago.

I've been very happy with the service and VERY happy as far as "bang for the buck" goes.
