Re: usenet binary question - freeradical - 12-04-2009 Astraweb has pay by download plans which are pretty cheap. They also have super retention. http://www.astraweb.com/ Re: usenet binary question - IronMac - 12-04-2009 I'm with Astraweb now and they're great. Re: usenet binary question - DavidS - 12-04-2009 Add me to the Astraweb list. I have used both monthly "all you can eat" as well as pay for a set amount of GB plans. They are both great. I download .nzb files from www.merlins-portal.net and then use Unison to download all the parts. Using an .nzb finder/website keeps from having to search all the newsgroups for what I want. If I feel like browsing I can do that, but most of those groups are too darn busy. Re: usenet binary question - mhale62 - 12-04-2009 I use [www.powerusenet.com] as my (Usenet) service provider and [nzbmatrix.com] as my major NZB source. They follow movies (HD, SD), TV (HD, SD) Documentaries (HD, SD) etc. RSS feeds updated every 10 min. $19.99/mo w/discount for first month. I've not used Astraweb only because I started w/PU and have seen no reason to change. As always: YMMV |
