I assume you mean "talk funny" instead of walk.
You assume wrong.
Watch the show closely. He's seldom filmed/taped showing his legs or feet in the frame while walking. I'm not sure if it's an injury or something congenital, but it appears that his legs swing out slightly then back in with each step. It's very odd.
Most noticeable when he's walking with someone.

Very odd. A pronounced hiccup in the gait while walking, but he could still run about as fast as you'd expect for a man of his age.
