Pinch to zoom out. Drag to move to another area of the city. Unpinch to zoom back in.

10:25 am change webpages by using almost a coverflow to get to different page
10:24 am stillshowing whole page, double tap and it zooms
10:24 am can load multiple pages - to move on page shrinks somewhat and slides off to side of page similar in effect to Expose

OH DUH!!! THIS is why Apple patented the screen independent resizing technology... So they could put a full actual web page on there and then let you mutitouch in and out to read what you want!
