In my opinion, if this thing really takes off (think iMac, iPhone, iPod type success) it could be a real game changer for Apple. Enough so that it could morph into the computer platform of the near future. If they have enough sales, and get enough developers on board, gone would be the low end laptop and netbook category, and it would seriously start to threaten the desktop category of computers.
