No optical drive, but a Superdrive accessory is available for $99. Also, software comes with the MacBook Air that allows you to "borrow" a Mac or PCs optical drive.

I'm thinking Steve's Form Over Function has struck again. This machine is beautiful. I want one, but starting to think it's not going to be all that practical for the money unless there is going to be a full port dock available.
