It's nice that you can play movies on it, but maxing out at 8 gigs means you have to make some touch choices about which music, photo, and movies you want in your pocket.

I'm still wondering about the Beatles thing. Why would he play the Beatles when they're not at the ITMS?

I'm out.

A nice device, but phone service provider lock-in and the price killed it for me.

Apple could have really been an innovator to the American market and sold an unlocked, provider-neutral phone. I'm disappointed.

I left Cingular because of dissatisfaction.

Data plan was much higher $$ than Sprint's.

Poor service. Voicemail delays, sometimes for many hours Sad

Dropped calls. No signal at home.

Oh well (sigh!)

As I always say, "that's just my opinion, I could be wrong."

I am sure Singular dumped a buttload of money into this, and they want their money back in an exclusive partnership.
