I think that there aren't as many gory killings (so far) but the sex scenes are more graphic.
There aren't as many gory killings, so far, but the sex scenes aren't nearly as graphic as those in Spartacus. Not even close.
There may be scenes in Thrones that imply sexual acts that you find more distasteful than any of those in Spartacus, but none are nearly as graphic nor as numerous.
