Everyday it gets a little bit better. There will come a day you will not think of her at all. And then you will be open for something new.

Makes me think of "Loveline' with Dr. Drew and Adam Corolla (Sunday nights haven't been the same without that show)
Drew was dead-on about most things, and one theme they liked to harp on was how men seem able to drift back into relationships, while when a woman is done, she's done.
I've often wondered how that affected lesbian relationships . . .

I'm a man of extreme pride. If I didn't believe that she loved me as much as I believe she still does then I would be able to handle this properly. I do not desire anyone that doesn't desire me back. I will survive this. If there is such a thing as Karma, I'm getting my due. I've made women feel exactly like I do now. I know I'm a good person, but my younger days were my younger days. I'm paying for that. When I recover from this, which seems impossible now, but when I do, I absolve myself of past sins.
