Check out the Clippers web site:
http://www.nba.com/clippers/one
As of 3:26 EST, I can't speak for how long it will remain this way.

I wonder how many will miss the intent of that design.

Actually, California is an "all-party consent" state, so if Stiviano can't convince investigators that she had Sterling's consent to record, she could be in hot water, criminally and civilly

Thanks, it's been awhile since I'd heard that commented on. I'd heard a few years ago California was a one party consent state, but I'm not surprised at that no longer being the case.
I've lived here my entire life; this has been the law for as long as I can remember.

(I know of which I speak -- I was one of those weird kids who read the phone book for fun.)

Apparently this was a LONG time coming. He's been a rather infamous racist his whole life. NPR had a good summary. It just never went full on public before.

Lesson : Don't let your weenie write checks your brain can't cash.

Don't use your penis for a brain
Hard as it may be
You really must refrain

The woman says that Sterling not only consented but encourged her recordings. Until someone disproves that, we may assume that she did not break the law however it may be interpreted.

I did post two links which cover a lot of the ground which has been discussed since I posted them. Just sayin'.

And why does she have three or four aliases? That's shaky enough.

I felt this way about the recorded conversations between Linda Tripp and Monica Lewinsky. They were recorded without permission, so I don't understand how they were admissable in court.

Not that what Bill Clinton did wasn't wrong - it was. Same as this dingbat, but as it was said - it was a private conversation. If you can't say things in confidence, are any of us safe from this sort of invasion of privacy?
