Okay, say I dispute the charge with the credit card company and they side with the eye doctor instead of me, then where does that leave me? It leaves me out $475 and with a pair of glasses that are causing me problems and nothing else I can do about it except spending more money somewhere else to remedy it and I'm not sure I want to go that route.
