They still document the source for all scrap, and yes max that includes steel. Large amounts of steel still get processed, small amounts are not worth the time to document.
Mass having unclear legislation is typical of the region and still has nothing to do with the tariffs, but your local thieving industry....

Absolutely unrelated. Totally crazy to think a sudden change in Chinese policy had anything to do with 45's near-daily verbal abuse. Our relationship with China has never been stronger.

Their policy change preceded tariff changes. Our rates went up two years ago due to China getting picky with what it would take.
Has nothing to do with Russians or collusion either despite them being fun talking points for lunatics.
