Graylocks, I think I'll have to do my budget the tedious way that you describe. It's frustrating. Clicking a few buttons to download a report was much better.

I always call and speak to a human for situations like that, and it's handled very quickly. I've had cases where the packaging (brown paper bag) tore in transit and an item escaped, and also cases where I ordered two of an item but they only packed one in the box.

1-866-216-1072 is the number I've kept in my records for years, gets you to a real person (though not necessarily in the US anymore).
