dk61 on DM, was same here until I forgot the password. Had another handle on DM as well, from week 1 of that forum (just DK? DK1?) but also disappeared due to lost password.

That might be true if it were possible to change one's handle; as it stands you have to re-register to do so if you get tired of one or want to switch for some other reason.
I think you can change the name if you insist, I think pRICE cUBE (former pRON aHOLIC) did it.
