A Notice: This post is not about Obama's birth certificate.
I have a dark secret that it is probably safe to post about in this thread that no one will probably read since it isn't about Obama's birth certificate. My first cousin who is big on genealogy sent me an email telling me that he discovered that we are 11th cousins of Sarah Palin. I had an overwhelming urge to drill a hole in my backyard in honor of our common ancestry, but then I remembered I am part mulatto because I"m 1/8 French, also.

This just in...every single human is descended from early humans in Africa. Therefore, we are all African-American.

Misstated facts to boot. The genetic markers actually imply a small, related group of women about 150,000 years ago and the same for males at the other point in time. It was articles in the popular, not scientific press that "exaggerated" the story to a single ancestor.

Absolutely - they're required to examine every case appealed to them y'know.
And to conduct a de novo review of all the evidence, including anything not presented to the trial court.
That's why FDR wanted to help by appointing just a few extra justices - he knew those old guys were getting tired.

There are many other links that state exactly the same thing, and Spencer Wells (the guy in charge of the genographic project) said exactly what I said. I haven't heard the hypothesis you state.
