Scion xB has amazing interior seating. Test drive one first, though. It's a great little "city box" and decent for 300-600 mile roadtrips that don't involve lots of hillclimbing. You have to like a stiff suspension, too. 8-)

Thanks for all the suggestions thus far. Headroom is not a problem, even with the sunroof. It just feels a little cramped. And to be honest, since my left leg has been in a cast up to the knee for a couple of weeks, I haven't even attempted to get in the car. That would be impossible and that's when I appreciate the MPV.

As for resale/trade-in value, I know I'd make more selling privately (if I even decide to get rid of it), but the hassle factor makes up for any extra money I'd make versus trading it in towards something else.



Taxes and insurance will be factors if I do get a new vehicle. Damn. I hope they can add extenders.
