I don't follow any because I don't have a Twitter account, but I do keep my dad's Twitter page open in spare web browser tab. So either 0 or 1 depending on how you keep score.

I follow about thirty or so right now. Mostly family and Mac related. Anybody that tweets too frequently get dropped from my list.
