I always preferred MacUser anyways.

My favorite was MacAddict!
I still have the first 100 issues of MacAddict. It was great in the early years. Still have the disc with the "worm" on it.
I had the first 100+ for the longest time. I subscribed when issue #1 came out. I finally recycled them a few years ago. They were just taking up too much space. I've got a handful of iCreate issues left. I've also got several articles that I scanned in.

Yeah, I dumped any MacWorld, MacAddict, iCreate, and other such magazines. Inf fact, now that I look, think I recycled all my magazines at this point. GameFan, Play, Dragon, National Geo, etc.

Computer mags have never been the same since Computer Shopper dropped its original format.

It was nice when there ample Mac news to support weekly print media.

I had several copies of MacAddict that I tossed when getting ready to move, kept the discs, though.

Also really liked the English mac mags, same publisher as Computer Music. I've gotten a lot of good software from both.

There went my 7.99 down the tube from Discount Magazines, just ordered last week. It wasn't worth the full subscription price to me but less than a dollar a magazine you can't beat. Pretty much magazines are late news now days you just hope they have a few good how to's and reads.

I've still got a lot of MacAddict discs.

But I am glad the magazine grew up.

I've been a Macworld subscriber for years and still have a couple left on the subscription.

I'll miss the print version. I've always, alway preferred reading a magazine over reading the approximated vernon on line.

Online reading is really just online browsing. It's something you do, and not so much something you experience. Reading a magazine or book, as archaic as it may be to some, is a relaxing, intimate experience. I love the sound of tuning pages, and the magazine or book closing, and the smell of print.

I'll miss Macworld, and Mac|Life when its time comes.

Free--anyone want all my Macworld Mags from December to September 2016? These should be collectors items, no?
