Part of that is, if I recall correctly, Hershey's has a number of products that don't contain real chocolate. They have the solids, but have stripped out the cocoa butter, and are using hydrogenated vegetable oil. Cheap substitute, but a poor one. They aren't labeled "milk chocolate" but "chocolate candy" You need to read the labels carefully. I've seen it a lot with cheap Easter candy too. |
