Regardless what name she uses or not, it's terribly common when writing about Kennedies to use descriptors.
A two second google search bears this out.
Course when your whole purpose in life is to belittle everyone you possibly can, extraneous facts have no purpose except to bear out possibilities beyond the mental illness of belittlement.
Wouldn't want to confuse readers with Caroline Bessette Kennedy (who won't be writing any books for a while).

Excuse me, I am going by what appears on the books that she writes and the boards that she serves on: places where she can control what her name is listed as. What appears on Google is what anyone feels like calling her.
