Seriously, Peter you're doing better than I am. Find out if she has an older (much older) sister.
How about a not too much older sister. My divorce was final over six years ago, and it has been a mostly dry stretch.

mrlynn, yeah, I've been thinking about that. Depending on how the date goes, and whether she's up for it. I'm on Easter break now, so this is actually one of the few times I could do something like that...

Ok, if you do bring up the Hamster thing, make it sexual....

I read somewhere Hamsters in proportion to body size are well endowed. Invite her back to your place to compare with your breeding stock of Hamsters.
PS. I do remember as a kid my pet Hamsters had HUGE testicles in relation to body size. Not that that has anything to do with your date, just an observation.

If you are in New Orleans - that is a great place for dating. There is so many casual fun places to go.
Go to some fun cafes- people watching - places. There will be something to do until the conversation takes off. Also, go listen to some MUSIC, for God's sake, if you want the date to continue.
Cafe DuMonde is a great place for a date to wind down in the afternoon.
I would not say much about the hamsters, LOL, wait until the 3rd or 4th date.

Just hope that there is not someone who, at this moment, is advising your date to not tell you about her snakes right away.
