I had an ugly time with Leopard at first, a couple of weeks ago. I archived installed on 3 Macs, ImacIntel, MacPro Xeon 2G, and an MBP. The 1st 2 were so ugly, for whatever reason, that I cleaned installed to 10.5.1 and they're fine and definitely snappier ........ definitely. The MBP took it fine and that's the one with persnickety Pro Tools HD on it.
Spotlight still blows compared to QuickSilver.
The Menubar clock is still lame on set up. I haven't looked at Spaces. I'll stick with iBackup over TM for the time being.
Haven't been able to get screen share to work the one place I was hoping to, my mum's iMacIntel, but that is probably the ISP that she's on.
Old my old apps work fine, even Office X from the last century and Live 5 from 2 or 3 years ago.
Parallels, for what little I use it for, is fine.
It's up and running probably 30 secs faster then Tiger.
Overall, I'm good with it, but something in the back of my head makes me feel Tiger was more stable, no good reason. Maybe residual fear from the first attempt.
I'm staying with 10.5.1 until digi move on, not that I think they're smarter then Apple. Habit.

I REALLY like spaces. I've got my mac apps in one space and Windows Vista running with parallels full screen in my other space.

No problems here on my 2.16GB MBP. Do wish I could have more memory now that I am running Vista. 2GB runs out quick!
