Colbert hits the nail squarely on the head. If I were a Dem, I'd be praying for a Palin candidacy but the truth is she's a sideshow, someone useful to keep eyes off the next real nominee - probably Romney.

She doesn't speak the language of this household. If my kids were to speak the way she speaks,
I'd disown them. If my kids had turned out the way some of her's have, I'd kick their a$$.
I consider this household a household of the common working man/woman.
