The iPhone XR is hands down the best phone I have owned. So the iPhone 11 at a cheaper price off the bat is a great thing. The newer colors are icky though. I'm glad I got the Hyper Blue XR when I did.

The red is still the same
yay! I like red.The new green and purple suffer in comparison to the former blue and coral/orange, though if I had to guess, spousal unit will probably like the new pale purple.
My jury is still out on the new, pale yellow, versus last season's more vibrant yellow.... may have to wait for a side by side comparison IRL for the final verdict, or to find out if there's a hung jury.
Gold doesn't do anything for me, though I got stuck w/ a gold iP6 because that was the only 64GB available at the time. Los Bravos clarified most of the other colors back in 1966, a decade before AAPL (as we know it) was created.

The closest 'Phone in size to me SE is the 11 Pro, and it's too big, bigger than an iP8 that was too big.
All I wanted was a lightly breathed on SE. But I pretty much knew that wasn't going to happen.
Damn.
I'll get a Watch though. That S5 is a big deal, and a huge step up from my S2.
