Re: What will the birthers do now?? - RgrF - 04-29-2011 Dakota lies and no one even blinks, it's expected. He's a low-life creep lacking, amongst a litany of other things, a semblance of credibility. The ignore feature works when employed. Re: What will the birthers do now?? - Grateful11 - 04-29-2011 Yeah they really favor alright. Guess you missed the town hall meeting on CBS evening news this week. Re: What will the birthers do now?? - Mac1337 - 04-29-2011 Acer wrote: No they don't. Yes they do, "A new Gallup/USA Today poll contains a counterintuitive finding: the age group most receptive to House Budget Chair Paul Ryan's plan to deal with the budget - seniors. The poll finds 48 percent of seniors (those 65 and over) support Ryan's plan over President Obama's plan, while 42 percent back the president." http://hotlineoncall.nationaljournal.com/archives/2011/04/gallup-seniors.php Re: What will the birthers do now?? - Seacrest - 04-29-2011 Spock wrote: ... and a list of any records he has bought or listened to and .... Re: What will the birthers do now?? - Acer - 04-29-2011 A telling point from my link (which mentions the Gallup poll, by the way): The Kaiser poll, which is the latest survey to find most Americans divided on the Medicare revamp, found most respondents don't understand the terms "voucher" or "premium support" that are at the heart of the Republican's plan. The survey also suggested their opinions could be easily swayed. For example, when the survey told those initially opposed to changing Medicare that a voucher system would help reduce the deficit and let seniors choose plans based on cost and quality, support rose from 46 percent to 54 percent. Conversely, when initial supporters of a voucher system were told changing Medicare would put private insurers in charge of their benefits and cause seniors to pay more or get fewer benefits, preference for keeping Medicare rose from 50 percent to 68 percent.
