Opticlear Eyewash for Dogs - kap - 07-11-2010 Does anyone here have experience with this OTC med? Tia Re: Opticlear Eyewash for Dogs - AlphaDog - 07-11-2010 There really isn't much to it. It doesn't qualify as a medication, because it doesn't contain any antibiotics or steroids. "A sterile, buffered solution that has the same tonicity and ph as normal tear fluid." I don't see how it could do any harm. Now will it do any good? It depends on why you're looking for an eyewash.
