The Sukoi Fighters consistently "shot down" F15's in Indian-USA Air Force Games... Actually had a piece on them on the news the other night and this point was brought up. Answer from squad commander was they are not meant for internal war on terror but for issues that "may" come up in the future with China and North Korea. I have a feeling that it may get even more nasty out there and that we ain't seen nothin' yet. All to dogfight with those darned Soviets. When will this cold war end?!!
