I wonder who all the original sponsors and co-sponsors of that were.

OF COURSE everyone will recommend that NOT having sex is best for kids. That's first. When that fails, you have to have something else.

Uh, Bill. Christine O'Donnell is on record saying she opposes contraception use and reproductive rights for rape victims, and you are equating her views to a legislative push to make contraception and sex education more widely available?
