TSA confiscated the ammo and let him continue on. .38 and .357 handgun ammo.
I could understand if he had an overly large container of hair gel. But ammo ?

I can even understand having boxes of ammo here and there... (hey, my usual "carry on" bag gets used as a range bag when I'm not traveling...)...
But FORGETTING to check, and taking it to the airport with you? Puh-leaze...
And do you think any of the rest of us would have been allowed to continue on our way after that?

He must have grabbed his " visiting the mafia buddies" suitcase instead of the wife's funeral in Florida suitcase by mistake.
I've found things in suitcases from ages ago.
Although, there are some things I might be a bit more careful with.
But that's probably because I don't have them to be careless with.
Maybe he's just trying to keep up Hollywood style appearances ?

A co worker got on a Southwest flight 2 years ago with a bundle of initiators (like blasting caps) in his pocket (in an anti-static bag, of course)
They never spotted them.
