OT: POP email on a Kindle? - jonny - 01-20-2011

Does anyone have a suggestion for checking POP email? Mail2Web will let me see the subjects, but the kindle won't let me "open a second window" to read the body.
Thanks.

don't have a kindle, but can you try POP access with a gmail account? they offer both POP and IMAP with their free accounts, and would be worth trying to make sure it's not just an issue with mail2web vs. the kindle.

Yeah, I have tried it with yahoo and it works great. I just don't want all of my pop mail delivered to that account. Too confusing.

you're really pushing the limits of that device.

i'm sure it could run a decent email client but i doubt amazon corp is interested in providing it.

Mostly I'm wondering if there is an alternative to mail2web that is compatible.
