I use these, different brand. They have a carabineer that just loops over the grips on a pull up bar. You then slide your arms into the straps.
Hanging leg raises are best performed from a dead hang, more core involvement for keeping you steady. But if you have shoulder issues these are the next best thing.

There are snap hooks in the picture. You might need a step up to reach said hooks but, once in reach, they'll easily be removed.
