UPDATE
I emailed amazon and they credited me the 3 cents. . .seems something is wrong with their system and instead of deducting $10 it only deducts $9.97.
Email them after you place the order and they will credit you the difference.

yup. . .I know it is only 3 cents but they list it as saving $10 and it only deducts $9.97.
