Give Dell a call; I've had luck talking my rep into honoring expired codes, or even beating them on Dell brand products. We got a couple of Canon cameras from them w/ a bit of haggling a few years ago... not sure what they'll do w/ a Panasonic, but if you don't ask, you won't get. I'm [almost] embarrassed to admit it, but I recently (a couple of months ago) picked up a Dell U3011 after a brief 30% off code had been available (which took the online price down to $1,050), for under a grand, by calling my rep and asking nicely, and he ended up beating the code price by over $65, which was a pleasant surprise. I asked, and I got. You should ask, too, if you really want the camera. Good luck.
