The school in question is Sidwell Friends, which I believe both Obama girls now attend and Chelsea Clinton is an alum.
The injured husband is in his sixties and has a 4 and 6 year old with the wife who had the affair with the school psychologist, so I assume she is much younger than he.
The paramours were using playdates to cover the affair, and her husband was tipped off by the ex-wife of the counselor. Injured husband is now suing the school for $10 million for failing to supervise the counselor, who also used the school's email to send racy messages to his lover.

Oh BTW, the lawsuit is rated X. Hubbie got the explicit emails. I honestly can say I've never seen a lawsuit quite like this before. It's attached to the article. Not for anyone under 18.
