Take a look and see if you agree. Strictly for entertainment value, if you go in for this kind of thing. I'm not trying to make a point, except:
Warning: "Blade Runner" is on the list, which clearly shows the compiler is a bit of a cretin.

I majored in film, so I've seen all those.

The entire premise of this list makes no sense whatsoever.

Just say no to lists that require you to click for each item.

I get these flavorpill/flavorwire posts in one of my email accounts. Sometimes they have something interesting in them, sometimes they are totally inane, but sometimes still interesting, as in bringing to my attention items I hadn't noticed before, like this post (I'm glad I don't have to watch "Weekend" to keep up my "hip person" persona, weak as it is anyway). Does the one click for each new item really make a difference in the site's availability for search engines and/or the ability to attract more advertising for the site?

It means more clicks and more ad views, yes.

I don't think it does that much for search engine optimization.
The content would be indexed either way, AFAIK.

Just watch the 30-Second Bunnies versions and save yourself a lot of time:

They're right about 2001. It's a thumping bore.

I, of course, would have included the most overrated movie of all time, The Exorcist, which as noted previously is about as scary as dryer lint.
