No.... not me.... The WIFE! :woot:
I've been unemployed for the last couple of years and the wife got laid off in April after 15 years as Customer Service Manager with Houghton Mifflin publishing. Let me tell you that in this economy two unemployed people in the house is a scary thing. But today she got the good news and with no interview! Apparently she's over qualified and they've been trying to fill the position for a while (Project Manager) so there's some negotiating going on and some details to iron out but I don't care - she's hired!
I can't tell you what a weight has been lifted. :wiggle:

Benefits? Yup, she gets to go to work and I don't have to think about spending my twilight years in a van down by the river (on a positive note, the river is only across the street) eating govt cheese.
