That map shows the Midwest and California in the same color. Tornados are exceptionally rare in California. That is a horrible map. I Can't believe that NOAA is the source of that map. Unbelievable. That map show South Korea as a likely place for tornadoes. B$. I spent three years in South Korea, and I never , not even once heard of a tornado occurring there. Shame on NOAA.
