I guess some cities have several small spots where you get that speed to make it to 150?

Either way, there aren't any 42Mbps phones as far as I know. Only the data cards can go up to those speeds.

Yeah, most phones only can only get 21 Mbps. I am also wondering how many people hit the data caps and what happens when they do.

T-Mobile does cap-throttling. I've never experienced it, but it's in their TOS.

I haven't noticed anything but I guess my RAZR can't quite do 42.
