Interesting contrast on the second page:
On the left:
"All rights reserved. No part of this publication may be

On the right:
"Notice!
This electronic versionof the book, has been

And if you like this book, - buy a paper copy and
give it to someone who does not have a computer,
if that is possible for you."
Wonder if they actually have permission from the publishers.
Also interesting that the text can be copied. This makes me think it was authorized. (But scanning software can be pretty smart these days.)
