Just watched Thor. - Grumpyguy - 10-08-2011 I thought it was entertaining. Definitely worth a rent if you haven't seen it, imho. Re: Just watched Thor. - rgG - 10-08-2011 I watched it a few weeks ago. Not great, but not too bad. Re: Just watched Thor. - Kate - 10-08-2011 I thought it was pretty darned entertaining. I had no idea Natalie Portman was even in it. Kate Re: Just watched Thor. - gabester - 10-08-2011 Strangely, we'd just seen Natalie Portman in Black Swan, followed by No Strings Attached, and then Thor. Now I understand why she's an Oscar Best Actress (as if I didn't before) - because I never thought, "oh, it's another Natalie Portman movie" - really it was each character she played (although the characters for Thors and No Strings Attached are KIND OF similar.) I thought Thor was an entertaining movie. Definitely not great, but it does make me look forward to the Avengers. g= Re: Just watched Thor. - NewtonMP2100 - 10-08-2011 ....so it wasn't painful to watch like getting a THORacotomy....??? Re: Just watched Thor. - DaviDC. - 10-08-2011 It didn't suck. Re: Just watched Thor. - Racer X - 10-08-2011 bottom line, is that if you go into any of these movies fully expecting them to be a live action graphic novel, then you will probably like them. Re: Just watched Thor. - lazydays - 10-09-2011 I also enjoyed it. Especially the tazer. |
