Start with the OWC logolink at the top right corner of the page. The page linked to has a middle area with links to sizing/pricing information for memory upgrades for every Mac. MacBook Pro's are in the second group photo from the left. It looks like 2008 MBP can be maxed to 8GB (but you will want to get the model info from System Profiler->Hardware Overview->Model Identifier and use that to seek memory upgrades).
