That performance is from an all-star Paul Simon tribute that aired a few years ago on PBS. I have a recording someplace.
This is Alison Krauss from that same show singing Graceland.

Other than the opening shot of the venue, I find the video annoys me for some reason.
But closing my eyes, that is a beautiful cover.
