Wow, that cheaper price didn't last long. Yeah, the U2412 is nicer because it is 1inch larger, but otherwise I'm pretty sure the specifications on the 23inch is the same - and when it was $100 less, the 23inch was a really good deal (unless you really need that 1inch of extra screen space on the 24inch).

the 24 is 1920x1200 resolution vs. 1920 x 1080 on the 23 .
