How to please your ebay buyer - hal - 06-15-2012
I buy LOTS of stuff on ebay and am often put off by poor packaging, item not matching description, etc...
But I just opened a package with a video card in it (very well packed) and what is the first thing I see? A bag of M&Ms... It made me smile instantly...
and I've been really grumpy recently.

Just before Christmas I bought an item on Etsy. When I took it out of the box, it had a ribbon around it, tied in a bow. Made me smile too.
