Thought for sure we'd see the new iTunes get announced as "available for download" today. Apple's been teasing it ( http://www.apple.com/itunes/new-itunes/ ) since the iPhone 5 keynote.

I think it's a much harder thing to do right that they anticipated, and typical of Apple, they want to make sure it REALLY REALLY works before they roll it out. Remember - this is where they make a LOT of their cash, so fiddling with success is always dicey (even when 'success' is as crappy as the iTS is right now).
