One day vacation! - kap - 07-03-2006
Just arrived home from visiting my family in Sta. Barbara county. It was a one day visit because I have to work on Monday. The southbound traffic on Ventura fwy was good. However, the northbound, oddly, was miles long bumper to bumper traffic! Anyway, I suppose the majority of the vacationers will not jam up the freeways until Tuesday night. Anyone else has to go back to work on Monday?

I have to go to work Monday. Then I have Tuesday off. That will be my one-day vacation!

Being that our fates are intertwined, I have to work on Monday too.
I will do my best to be in denial all day. I plan to continue the projects I worked on today right where I left off on Tuesday.
Having taken Friday off helps.
