Saw this on TV, they claim it costs 10 per year and you get lots of TV channels, anyone heard about this? Scam?

big scam
$10 for a USB Flash Drive loaded with URLs, most in foreign languages.
PLUS
a $10 annual 'auto renewal' fee.
