Mac Java 7 - Surfrider - 01-14-2013 Is this a must have? Does it have anything to do with my problem below? I have 18.8.2 and keep getting the "you need to install plugins to view this crap" in yellow across practically every page I go to. I installed the latest version of Firefox 18 just Saturday. I'm brain dead. Re: Mac Java 7 - M A V I C - 01-14-2013 Maybe. Yes. Would you like to install one now? ) Haven't missed any yet in the few weeks I have it so at this point I see no need to install unless it's something I really need. Re: Mac Java 7 - testcase - 01-14-2013 Definitely maybe........ :dunno: Re: Mac Java 7 - DP - 01-14-2013 Interesting. This is what I get: ![]() I have Java version 1? Re: Mac Java 7 - M A V I C - 01-14-2013 You ignore the 1. You have Java 6 rev 37. Which OS are you using? In 10.6, this version will still work, other than in Firefox which has blocked it for no good reason. Re: Mac Java 7 - DP - 01-14-2013 >for no good reason Wait a minute! Aren't we supposed to block it? I am on 10.6.8. |
