From what I've heard, this has never been free before. It's supposedly the premiere app of its kind. I think it has to do with file exchange between iOS devices/PC's (turns iOS device into wireless flash drive?):

Okay, I couldn't resist. I got it.
Not quite sure what to do with it! I find I don't really have a problem getting things on or off my iPhone, or sharing things with other devices or computers.
But it's pretty cool for what it does. Once I figure out what that is, or how it can be immediately useful.

Thanks. I now have an urge to drag and drop something wirelessly.
I think it has to do with file exchange between iOS devices/PC's (Macs, too, if it wasn't evident.)

Just tried it out, pretty cool.
If you've got an FTP app on your Mac or PC, you can drag and drop files onto the iPhone/iPad.
EDIT: you can also drag and drop files thru iTunes, into the app itself.

...you can also drag-n-drop files via your web browser, as well.
